Do I need a business license to shop at DFW Fixtures?

No, you do not need a business license to shop with us. We are open to the public.

For orders with larger items there is a 5 to 7 business days processing time.  
For smaller packaged items there is a 1 to 3 business days processing time. 

If you have placed an order online with in-store pick up, you will need to wait for the confirmation email that your order is ready. This will depend on the size of your order.

If you place an order while in the store you will be able to take your items with you that day, unless it is a large order. This varies from order to order, and you will need to ask your sales associate if this applies to you.  

If you are looking to purchase items for resale purposes, we must have a copy of your state’s resale tax certificate on file. Please email any exemption documents to dfwfixture@gmail.com. Once your documents have been approved you will be able to make tax exempt purchases in store and/or over the phone with one of our sales associates. For over the phone sales, please contact our sales department at (214)-604-3525.

There is not an option for sales tax exemption for orders placed through our website.

No, we no longer sell or purchase used fixtures. 

No, we do not have a minimum purchase requirement.

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express. 
We also accept all major credit cards, cash, and Apple Pay in-store.
