Returns

You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and have original packaging.  

You may bring your items back to the store or ship the items to DFW Fixtures.

Refunds

Once we receive your items, we will inspect it and notify you once it has been approved or not for refund.

Once approved your refund will be issued. You should receive your credit back within a few days, depending on your card issuer’s policy.

Shipping

Please call (214) 604-3525 for logistics to receive an RMA and address for returns.

Customer will be held responsible for paying the return shipping cost.

Original shipping cost is non-refundable. Customer will only be refunded for the products returned.

Freight Items – Once the pallet has left the building any changes, returns, or refusals (other than damages) will be at the cost of the customer.
